Expériences Professionnelles
sept. 2021 aujourd'hui Chef de projet logistique
Denjean Logistique
As a Logistics Project Manager, I am part of a team in a project to migrate our warehouse management system (WMS) BEXT to the new REFLEX system. This project is critical to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
I began by conducting a thorough analysis of the current system and the new system's capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
After identifying the critical areas that needed improvement, I created a project plan that included a timeline, budget, and resource allocation. I collaborated with stakeholders across various departments, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure that everyone was aligned with the project's goals and objectives.

Throughout the project, I oversaw the implementation of the new system, ensuring that it was deployed successfully and on time. I provided regular updates to the management team on the project's progress and addressed any issues or concerns that arose during the implementation.

To ensure that our staff could use the new system effectively, I developed a comprehensive training program that included tool guides, business procedures, and training materials. Additionally, I worked with the Reflex support team to ensure that any technical issues were addressed promptly.

oct. 2019 déc. 2020 Ingénieur qualité des process logistique et transport
Airbus (pour le compte d'Alten)
As a logistics and transportation process quality engineer, I worked for Airbus Central Entity's logistics and transportation department.

From March to December 2020, I was responsible for managing the document library for three processes, which included defining and implementing distribution solutions, managing transportation operations, and handling physical logistics and warehousing operations. My main duties involved publishing documents and organizing a monthly forum for the logistics and transportation community to discuss document updates, audits, best practices, and more.

Between October 2019 and February 2020, I conducted an analysis of Airbus factories (St Eloi, Nantes, St Nazaire, Illescas, and Hamburg) on two processes - handling heavy loads and managing hazardous materials - which were not clearly defined and described. My job was to propose implementation solutions for these processes.

I made a significant contribution to the Airbus Central Entity logistics and transportation department by effectively managing the document library and proposing solutions to improve logistics processes.

nov. 2018 mars 2019 Ingénieur process, méthodes et outils
Airbus (pour le compte d'Alten)
As a project leader, my responsibility was to successfully execute a pilot project (proof of concept) aimed at identifying potential cost savings on cutting tools purchases for FAL Toulouse and Nantes.

To achieve this, I established a centralized database that gathered information about suppliers and their contracts to address three key questions:
- Are purchase orders being placed in accordance with the agreed-upon contracted prices?
- Can we improve our purchasing strategy by leveraging the benefits of decreasing prices?
- Is there a possibility to renegotiate decreasing prices for certain tools that are ordered in large quantities or lack negotiated decreasing prices?

Through this process, we were able to gather valuable insights and identified areas where we can optimize our purchasing practices, resulting in significant cost savings.

oct. 2015 oct. 2018 Ingénieur qualité supply chain

January-October 2018: I was responsible for coordinating "double source de-risking" projects for standard system parts suppliers, including 30 suppliers such as ESPA, Matzen & Timm, SABB, Eaton, Kirkhill, Zodiac, Amphenol, and others.
My duties included defining the scope of affected parts (through BOM analysis), preparing milestone review meetings, validating suppliers' production capabilities, and drafting activation and maintenance protocols for de-risking solutions.

October 2015-December 2017: I coordinated technical and industrial qualification projects for titanium and special alloy material suppliers, including three international suppliers (Arconic, Sumitomo, and Materion) and one European supplier (Le Bronze).
As part of this role, I worked with a multidisciplinary team (including purchasing, engineering, and production) to select suppliers based on their responses to RFQs. I also coordinated reviews with suppliers, organized qualification kickoff meetings, monitored progress against action plans, and analyzed suppliers' industrial documentation, including FAIs, industrial flowcharts, supply chain flowcharts, risk matrices, and control plans. Finally, I coordinated technical qualification efforts with the engineering and production teams for NPIs (New Product Introductions).
